Default For those who have the Cuttlebug?

I am curious as to what your favorite embossing folders and dies. I just got my bug and want to buy some accessories-I originally bought it to go with the nestibilities but now I want more! List any of your favorites-or even ones you don't like would be great.
Thanks, Jodi

Congrats on your new toy..umm Cuttlebug. I just bought mine last Sunday and will be interested in seeing what the replies are with this thread. I ordered some nestabilities, but have been out on ebay bidding on embossing folders and dies. So much out there right now. I have to say the Swiss dot embossing folder is very kewl.

I have both the Cuttlebug and BIGkick. I use dies and embossing folders from both manufacturers.

For Cuttlebug, I have most of the embossng folders, especially the A2 size ones. I have many of the smaller embossing folders except for the "cutsy" ones that look more like cartoon or children's themes. I do especially like the architectural accents folders and dies. I also like the 2x6 dies for borders on my cards. I find these types of dies and embossing folders are versatile for most any subject.

I also purchase the same type of dies and embossing folders from Sizzix. That manufacturer also has some animal dies. Though they may be a bit childish or cartoon like, I have a few of them for seasonal cards and tags.

As with anything, you have to look at each each item and decide for yourself what your style is. What type of cards do you make? Choose the dies and embossing folders that fit the style of cards you prefer to send.

Of the newest embossing folders for Cuttlebug, the only one I didn't purchase is the one with musical notes on it. I just couldn't think of any situation I would use that one.

Thumbs up The Bug is Queen!

I love the Bug. I have many embossing folders. You can make quick cards from them. The ones I use the most have been Birthday, Swirls, Thank You. I just ordered five of the new ones. I also prefer the ones that can go for all sorts of occasions. Enjoy. Just beware. When I used a die that came with the machine, left cut marks in the b plate. I was horrified. I just continued to use it on bargain Sizzix dies. Bent my b plate. I got replacement plates, but also bought a sizzix for the die cut.

I really like most of the cuttlebug embossing folders, but my most used are the swirls, textile, and the new dotted swiss. These are just my favorites.
For the dies, I use the fancy decorative corners most often.

I just got the cuttlebug a few months ago and only had the swirl embossing folder. I love it, but plan on getting the swiss dots, tiny bubbles, spots and dots, traffic jam, mesh texture and tiny mosaic.
