Did SU ever sell a Cool Caribbean ribbon? If they did, is it still available? From what I've read here at SCS, you can still get some of the other In Color ribbons. I hope the answer is yes...

If you have a reinker for Cool Caribbean you can always make your own CC ribbon. Mix a few drops of reinker with a tablespoon or two of water and voila a Cool Caribbean ribbon. I've used grosgrain, but I've also used this technique with that cute ribbon from Michael's with dots. I just bought the plain white and it worked like a charm.
Have you tried dying white ribbon with a re-inker, or running it across your ink pad while pressing lightly with your finger (a glove is handy for keeping your fingers clean)? These both work for me, but others have said they have trouble with colour changing after a while, or even getting the ribbon to dry. I don't think there's any Cool Caribbean ribbon that you can buy right now.
Oops! I totally messed up spelling Caribbean... two n's? What was I thinking? Fast fingers. Anyway..
I will tell you, SU is awesome, but I don't get the thinking on the In Color line. Why not make the craft ink, marker and ribbon? You know we'd all buy it! To me, they really messed up and missed out.
What kind of ribbon do you use if you dye it? Plain white? Weird how they made some of the In Colors ribbons but not others, you know?
Are you talking about the blue in the Flirty Ribbon pack? Do you think that is CC? Could be, never checked, and I do have an unopened pack of Flirty Ribbon.

I agree that they do need to carry through more on the In Colour stuff....especially the markers and ribbon, and maybe a set of spots for those who want it...in craft as well!

I just put it in a tupperware container with a lid, shake it up until the color looks right and then let it dry overnight. I use the white grosgrain or other white ribbon only.
I'm game for trying it, but that reminds me to get more reinkers, huh? I think I will have three when my order comes in, but for the price I should pick up a few. I'm sure I can get rid of them if I ever tire of them.
I really do think I am CC's number one fan. You know how you can't even explain it, but a color will just grab you? CC has totally grabbed me and not let go. I could do ALL my cards with that as the base or as a highlight.
Maybe SU didn't think the In Colors would catch on so much so they didn't want to invest in producing too much of related stuff.
Didn't it seem like CC was the most popular In Color? I know we don't all feel the same about it, but from reading SCS threads this past year, I felt I heard more about CC than any other.
Kelly... They do? What is it like? I am so obsessed with Cool Caribbean!! It's such a pretty, relaxing color. I'll get a few more reinkers and dye my hair CC!
CC is definitely a great color but I kept puzzling over why I liked it so much....turns out, one of the colors the local ACM used to carry - is so close to CC I can't tell the difference, with one exception. The weight of the ACM paper is lighter than the SU c/s. I'll be stocking up on CC.

I am now in the process of colouring some SU white ribbon with my CC reinker...if it works decently I may have to order a few more....as well as a set of SS reinkers!

RABOM (Ribbons and Bows Oh My) has a grosgrain that matches CC. I can't remember the name of it though so you'd just have to look at their site. They have a great color selection.
I agree about Michael's! A tip, I take a small scrap piece of cardstock of the colors that I want to match and put them in my wallet. That way when I am at the store, I can whip them out and see if they match!
