I have heard that Cutters Creek has been sold. So all the inventory and any new shipments have to be rerouted from Calif to MD. Orders will be delayed even more than normal and frankly, I've been waiting quite a while already for items that were supposedly in stock.

Yeah, I had a lukewarm experience with Cutters Creek. My order took forever (probably over a month). It was just 5 embossing folders. I won't order from there again. Hope others have more luck.

You might want to check out Clear Dollar Stamps (http://www.cdstamps.com). She has some of the new embossing folders and the new nesties (none of the older shapes which is what I'm wanting...I'm always a day late in joining the latest "craze". If you look under August New Releases I think both products are shown there. I probably shouldn't share the knowledge yet since I haven't ordered my embossing folders yet.

I have been battling with this company also and was even blasted here on SCS for it! I will say that the owner did email me when I attempted to cancel my order after waiting about 6 weeks. She did say that they were relocating. I just wished that I would have known that before ordering. She did mention also that EVERY order is considered a preorder so it will all take a while. They need to say on the site what their circumstances are and that there will be delays, I can respect that.
Will never order form them again.

It took 2 days for me to get a response from them when I asked how long until the items are expected to ship. She didn't even answer that question, jut said it was a pre-order. I KNOW that, it said so on the website, however HOW LONG until they ship is a different question.

I guess when items are cheap, there is still a price to pay. :(

I am still waiting for an order from 7-9.....and although do have Pay Pal account- wanted to use credit card-but my account says they had to process twice for Pay Pal. Great prices -but??? not sure worth the aggrevation!
