SU ribbons retiring?

I'm amazed (and confused) about the retiring list for accessoires. Why are all those ribbons retiring? Why are the 12x12 cardstocks retiring? What will replace the grosgrain ribbons that are retiring?????

I was thinking the same thing! My demo said in her email something about the packaging. If I understand correctly, there will still be ribbon, but in different lenghts (I think now 15 yrds) and packaging. I am conjecturing here... demos, can you elaborate?

Most colors are being repackaged into 15 yard rolls, but not all.
We are getting some grosgrain colors in 5/8" too.
But if you love the BIG rolls get them now esp. before price increase as well.

On the 12x12 cardstock, it's also a repackaging. Some colors will still be available as a single-color package, and others will be available in multi-color packs. We'll also get textured cardstock. Whoo hoo!

Like stampwithsue2 says, If you see a 12x12 retiring color on the list, and you use it a lot, buy it from your demo now! Chances are it will be one of the colors in the new multi-color pack offering.

ok... that helps... I was wondering what in the world I would do... I'm excited about the 5/8 ribbon... wish this was left on the general board so more people would see it.

oh yeah!

i had been thinking that the big rolls were like $7.95 or $8.95 and i just checked my catalog and the are only $5.95 for 25 yds.

just got off the phone with my demo and i ordered...
