Since you asked for corrections/suggestions, I think that the dark red color in Berry bliss is Purely Pomegranate, not Rose Red. I know a lot of people use them interchangeably, though, so not sure how much this matters. Don't have any of above in hand, though, so could be wrong!

Amy, an SU demo has put together a similar doc to print on little clear Avery labels that you can put onto your catalog pages for quick reference. I've asked her to post it here too. These are all great resources. Thanks for sharing.
