SU & CTMH INK PADS & COLOR MATCH

Hi fellow stampers! I recently had eye surgery so plz forgive for this post again. I put a post on here a couple days and for the life of me I can't find it! I can only go on the pc for a short time before everything is blurry! My question is does anyone have a chart or something that we can match up the colors from SU & CTMH? Secondly, which stamp pads do you prefer? Pros & cons?
