Default SU Cello bags

Has anyone had a problem with the quantity of cello bags. I order the small flat ones (3 X 5), and I am always short. I never would have counted the bags but this winter when I received an order one bag just felt lighter and thinner then the other ones. And lo and behold I was short. I just received 3 bags from them today and one was short 7 bags, another 3 bags, and another one 4 bags. This isn't the first time this has happened. My last order was over 25 bags short (I ordered 4 bags). My demo calls SU and they always replace them, but it is getting ridiculous to have to call them everytime. Anyone else have that problem?

I've gotten shorted on several packages. Usually by about 2 or 3. My demo bought me a pack to make up for it once, but SU wouldn't do anything about it because I had "opened the package". Duh...

I haven't ever had a problem with SU! replacing a shorted item, even when the package was opened. (Duh is right!)

Whenever you are short items you purchase from SU, you should give your demonstrator a call and she can call the company for replacements. SU is very good about this.
