How do you all store these. I now have two sets and can find nothing that I like to store them in. This has probably been asked already, but could not find the thread.
I use the Quickutz Revolution 8 Inch by 10 Inch Cookie Cutter Magnetic
Storage Books. I have over 40 of them and I love them. I tried CD cases with magnetic strips, but Spellbinders came out with the labels & larger dies and I couldn't use CD cases anymore. Now all my Spellbinders (and some QK dies) are in the books and it takes up very little space (compared to my previous systems, and I've had a few!). I have mostly shelf space, not wall space, so the books work well for me.
The QK magnetic books are frequently (and now) on sale at amazon.com for B3G4. They also qualify for free shipping of you B3G4 since the order is over $25.
I use CD cases. I take the spindle out and place 3 strips of magnets in its place. It works well to store them in CD boxes because I can label the spine and see what dies are which.
For my larger dies (S5, like the new Labels , I use DVD cases. The ones I have, you can't take the spindle out, but by placing the magnets on the opposite side, they work beautifully too!
Hope that helps!

I started storing mine in the folder they came in, except I took out the double stick tape they came attached to, and put a magnetic sheet in it's place. I like it this way so much better than my old method. The folders are sturdy, plus you can see which one it is just by looking at the cover. I wish I had saved all my folders from earlier sets I bought...
Okay I have a question regarding these. LOVE the idea
Now I noticed Quickutz has a binder and magnetic folders to go in the binder. Would this be somethign you'd also recommend or are they not the same size thus not holding the same amount of dies per binder folder you have shown?

I bought magnetic sheets at Staples and cut squares to fit into CD cases. I presently only have one set to a case, but you can put 2 sets in them if you want. I attached labels on the ends.

I bought some square tins (intended for altered art) and stored the Nesties in them stuck to cut down sheets of magnetic paper. All squares in one tin, circles in another etc etc. It doesn't work for the longer labels and frames so I use the same idea of sticking them to sheets of magnetic paper but store them in a spare SU box. I write the serial number of the set on the mag sheet in white gel pen (might save me buying a duplicate set by mistake since I no longer have the original packaging ).
Easy to see what I've got and easy to take to crops.
I'm storing mine in CD cases too. I purchased the sticky magnetic sheets from HL but magnetic tape works too. I only have two sets since I just bought my Cuttlebug, but they're both in the same CD case to save on storage. I plan on putting the classic shapes with their corresponding scalloped shape in each case.
Here's my system. I need stuff OUT IN THE OPEN for me to use it, so this helps me A LOT when i'm wondering what technique to use. "NESTIES," they scream from the wall!!!
I have been keeping mine in a 4x6 album on cardstock that I put magnets behind, but it hasn't been working for some time. I think I may have to look into the CD cases. The other solutions look great- but are not in my budget.
Like others have mentioned, my favorite storage for nesties is a CD case with the innards removed. I used adhesive backed magnet strips to keep the nesties in place. I have over 20 sets of nesties now and they are all stored like this.
another vote for the Quickutz magnetic folder. there are 2 different sizes to these. The smaller ones can go into the zippered folders while the larger ones do not. I personally love these folders as they allow me to store from 6 to 8 sets of the nesties very neatly. I am planning to get one of those magnetic pens from Quickutz. My friend has one and it was very cool to see how the tool could just pick up a nestie from the folder.
I got magnetic sheets from the hardware store. I also got a box from target. It looks like a cube with a lid (cloth covered) and inside it has hanging cd sleeves. Each sleeve gets a set of nesties on a magnetis sheet (cut to fit) each sheet and sleeve is marked with the name of the nestie that belongs to it.
I love this, very portable.
My mom keeps hers on magnetic sheets on her wall but I don't have that kind of wall space. I looked at the Quickutz binders but they are too expensive for my budget. I decided to use what I had. I cut some 12 X 12 cardboard from paper packs into 6 x 6 squares and covered it with pretty paper. Then I glued some magnetic sheets (4 X 4)(Quickutz sells a pack of 12 X 4 magnetic sheets for about $5) onto each page and bound it with my Zutter (I was so happy to figure out a use for my Zutter that I HAD to have!). Now I keep them all in my 'Nesties' book on my shelf and it works great!
