Storage Box for Ink Daubers!!!!

I have a plastic storage box which houses my Stampin Up Ink Daubers, it holds 40 Daubers. Can't remember where I purchased it or I would call and ask for there guidance.
I saw somewhere that I could download a template to know which of my Daubers had what Ink on them. You place the template you printed out from your computer into the lid and it keeps your Daubers organized so as not to get your inks mixed up. I for one thought this was a good idea but would love to know if any of you know where this template can be found, as I do not. Any help would be appreciated. :-D :-D

Good question--I would like to have this information too as I have and love my little dauber box. I have labels on mine but they won't stay on and the insert seems "cleaner".

I think if I work at it I should be able to create a table in Micro Soft Word. 8 columns across and five down.
