Default Source for 3.5X5 Thank You note size env?

I'm making Thank You notes for my niece for her wedding and need a source for the 3.5" X 5" Thank You Note-sized envelopes.

I usually only see them when you buy the card blanks prepackaged. You could probably order them online. Have you considered making them? I usually use 28lb or 32lb plain bond or the back of patterned paper if I need an off size envelope. There are all kinds of templates on the internet to make your own. If you know someone with or have a cutting machine, it goes very fast to cut them out. Also, sometimes lss will have the die for different sized envelopes. Perhaps one in your area has one. Usually they only require that you buy the paper for cutting from them (at least in my area that's what they do).

Hopefully that gives you some ideas....

Those are called 4 Bar size. You should be able to google it and find some sources. You could check with Xpedx if you have one locally. Local print shops probably carry them as well.

I got mine from Clearbags.com - they are called A1 envelopes. It's been a while since I got them (about 2 years ago) but at the time they were 250 for $7.00
