Cool SOS for Grand Calibur

Hi
this is my first posting as i live in the uk, Wales in fact, how do i go about fixing a grand calibur that has stopped 1" from the end!! the handle keeps going round with no effect, so plates and dies stuck. I have used this machine properly always so i am mystified why it has died on me.
Does anyone have ideas ? is there engineers in the UK who can fix it or will it be the cost of purchasing another? Hope someone can help any advice appreciated
kindest regards to all

Hi Crafty Christina, I have had the most wonderful experience with Spellbinders and am happy to share it with everyone on SCS. My Grand Calibur came apart inside and the handle went crooked so that it could not be turned and it started rattling around inside. I contacted Spellbinders and they sent me a UPS prepaid shipping tag so that I could ship it to them in Arizona. They fixed my machine and paid to have it shipped back to me. I think it works better now than it ever has. What great customer service. I am not sure if they would be willing to do this from the UK, but, it would be worth a try to contact them to see what their solution would be.

Christine you can try returning it to the place of purchase or go to the Spellbinders website at Spellbinders Paper Arts - Home. There you will find a contact form that sends a message directly to customer service.
