I got one at HL for $6 last week with a coupon! And my shipping was free (or really, the cost of gas). That's just so weird - all of the SU punches say EK Success on them and if you pay attention at the stores, you can find most (some are exclusive to SU) of the punches for 1/2 the price!
Aaak! Do these buyers live 10,000 miles from the nearest craft store? At first I thought that seller should be ashamed, but then realized those dumb bidders are ripping themselves off! Sheesh!
Ebay is a fantastic place for morons to spend their money. GAH! I could see it possibly if it was a stamp set that's been gone for a while and you just HAD to have it...but an EK punch? Dumb!
One package of Cool Caribbean is going for almost $9 plus $3 shipping. I'm glad I have a sizeable stash, but when it is gone, it's gone. Although, it will probably take me a long while to use it all up.
Okay ladies...I have this punch and need some bucks...since your my SCS sisters I'll give you a good deal $20! Just kiddin' On the other hand I DO have one listed in the BST trade list and am trading for retail value only.
I guess you could say...you are sitting on a pot of gold with your retired SU punches..I'll keep mine thank you very much. That is just mind boggling what people will pay, if they'd only find a SU demo they could have ALOT more for what they are spending on ebay.
GEEZZEEEEE some people have more money than brains.

And what some people don't realize is that E.K. Success was the supplier for this Stampin' Up punch! At least that's what's engraved into the bottom on my punch.
Well these people must really want the punch to spend that much- and have more money than brains- and whomever is selling it is going to have a lot more money to spend on stamps. That's what makes ebay win-win. No one is forcing them to bid higher than they want to spend.
When the Ellison Design Fairy was impossible to get over here i managed to get like 50 and sold them for like 30 ($60) each!!! It was mad but def worth it!!
Ahhh man wouldn't you know I looked it up and the ticket corner punch is only going for $1.88!
This is the way it always goes for me too!! Whatever I have is going for less than what I paid for it. I would feel too guilty taking 10 times what I paid for it though!

I am wondering if it's for real.....it's one thing to place a bid but then to follow through and actually send the money....that is what I wonder...if the transaction really happens. This may sound like a stupid comment...maybe it is.....cuz I am not an e-bay person...so I have no clue!
And good point about the "follow through" issue. I know at Christmas I was Ebaying trying to find a good deal on the Nintendo Wii for my son. I started chatting with some sellers and turns out there were a TON of flakers, I mean a TON, for the Wii on Ebay. People would just sign up and open an account and do bogus bidding, not caring if they got bad feedback because they weren't going to use the account anyway.
