Sentiment Needed

Does anyone know the sentiment or verse that is written on a seperate note and included with a card which tells the recipient to keep the card and/or reuse it?

Would love to know what it says or...

Here's a poem that I have saved, you are supposed to put this on a post-it note and insert it inside your card:

I didn’t sign this card
before I sent it off to you,
instead it holds my warmest thoughts
invisible but true.
So if you find you need
to brighten someone’s day,
then take this card and sign it
and send it on its way.
