I use the medium weight coasters and have no problems sending them through my Cuttlebug.

With the die, be sure to place it foam side UP to prevent bending.

The stack should be: A plate, B plate, die (foam side up), paper/cardstock, second B plate.

Default coasters/cuttlebug

are these the coasters everyone is using for the books, baskets? do you have to "force" it thru the cuttlebug? I am afraid of doing this everytime i try it is like forcing it thru. I am afraid to break my bug!

I've been using mine for weeks now with those medium weight coasters we all have....it DID stop working though....your B plates become WARPED from them...I was bummed and thought I'd just wasted $109(Canadian) on the bug but I went and bought NEW plates at Mikes last weekend and all is good again! So if you notice your dies not cutting through the coasters, it may just be time to replace the plates.

You're probably better off just getting in the habit of flipping them often anyway, whatever you cut. It helps prolong the life of the plate...
