Thanks for replying Dottie! I wish I were able to say the same about their service. Because they would not answer me and had charged my American Express 2 days after the order (the 11th) and with it being the 20th, I left a voice mail telling them I intended to report them to American Express if I didn't receive a reply.(I didn't and I complained to Amex) Today I received a text message saying they had cancelled my transaction. They gave no reason and said if I had a question to contact them. I have tried again with email and by phone and of course they are not answering still and they have not replied. For a business the first thing that is alarming is the message they have on their recorder. It would be more professional to just use the sound and let you record after the beep. I find it very unprofessional the manner in which they ignored my order and wouldn't reply and then probably after Amex contacted them they cancelled the order. It leaves me to wonder what would have happened had not I contacted the credit card company. After all the order was confirmed by them on Dec 9 and no further contact was made from that date. It is really insulting to have an order cancelled and no reason given, especially after they charged my card. Now I will wait to see if they issue a refund. I really needed the item and that makes it worse because I waited all that time after they stated they ship quickly and still no item. (The only other one I found is now sold and I chose this company because I found nothing negative about it.)
