Does anyone know if you can soak the blender pens in water to refresh them?
Nope, don't try to use water. The blending solution is a mixture of glycerin and other stuff (you can find recipes if you search SCS). I used to make my own, but got a Dove blender pen refill kit for Christmas and now use that solution to refresh all my old blender pens. It's great!

Also check out "The Frugal Crafter". She had a YouTube video on how she refills her various assortment of pens.

I use a syringe to put reinker ink in the barrel after removing the brush tip (brush tip removal like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8Vv...-ts=1421782837*) (can you say 'impatient'? ;) )

My brush tips have not given my any trouble (mostly pre 2005) but the writing tip ... yi yo! if anyone has an idea about how to revive them, I'll look forward to hearing about it.)

* thanks to stamper friend tigerlily55 for sending that one my way.

Here is the site that sells the tips . They are not made by Stampin Up but fit and work great . I bought a few from them
