QUICK KUTZ COOKIE CUTTER DIES

Hi, does anyone know how thick a paper these dies will cut? Are they like the sizzlets or spellbinders type?

They are metal like spellbinders but I've never tried cutting anything heavier than SU paper with them.

I have used papertrey paper and never had a problem. They are like spellbinders.

Do you think it would cut through "cereal box" weight cardboard?

I think you have a good chance of it working with the cereal cardboard. Quickutz does sell their own chipboard but I'm not sure of the thickness.

Yes, the Quickutz Cookie cutters will cut cereal box weight chipboard.

In the Epic 6, I know some are able to even cut grungeboard. I have not tried this. However, if you are cutting on a revolution or cuttlebug, I wouldn't go much thicker than cereal box weight.

I highly recommend the Quickutz adhesive backed chipboard. You can get it in white, which is great for inking up and being true to color (and no grey edges). It's also convenient with the adhesive backing. A zip to make your own "thickers" and never run out of letters, esp. with the 4 x 8 alpha dies.
