Yes, the Quickutz Cookie cutters will cut cereal box weight chipboard.
In the Epic 6, I know some are able to even cut grungeboard. I have not tried this. However, if you are cutting on a revolution or cuttlebug, I wouldn't go much thicker than cereal box weight.
I highly recommend the Quickutz adhesive backed chipboard. You can get it in white, which is great for inking up and being true to color (and no grey edges). It's also convenient with the adhesive backing. A zip to make your own "thickers" and never run out of letters, esp. with the 4 x 8 alpha dies.
