Well I havent done that yet but while it is wet I sprinkled glitter on it then heat gunned it to puff it up and it worked great. I turned icing on a cupcake puffy and glittery blue, from SU's Crazy for cupcakes stamp set.

That is exactly what I'm using it for, icing on a cupcake for my daughters 1st birthday, maybe I'll just stick with the glitter.

I did the exact same thing on a card I made a couple of weeks ago except I used holographic embossing powder.
I too have just purchased liquid applique... Perhaps a marker might do the trick? Or a dot of watercolor paints (Twinkling H2O's might be fun - color and sparkle combine)? Hmmmm.... now I'm really going to have to go home and play.
