Default Prisma pencils at M's?

I ran through M's today without much time to spare....I was in search of Prismacolor Premier pencils. I looked by the stamping supplies, and there were pencils, and lots of Zig pens, but I did not see any Prisma's. Am I looking in the wrong place? I did not see any at Joann's or HL, either!

Prismacolors are not kept in the scrapbookor cardmaking section at M. Try looking in the artist supply section where they keep the canvases and oil paints. I got mine there! HTH

Default At...

Mike's here they are in the art dept. Actually, the empty boxes are there and the pencils are locked up with the Circuit cartridges. So, I look at the boxes, then go to the register and then they'll get them out for you.

I started with 72 and have gone up from there.....so, my suggestion is get as many as you can afford!

Does anyone know how much Michaels sell the set of 120 box set for?

Do Michaels regularly give out 50% off coupons as I'm interested in buying these

Default Discounts.....

It isn't a "regular" thing. They are more likely to offer a 40% discount.

Hobby Lobby does 40% discounts too, however I just looked at the paper and neither store has a discount for this week....:(

babybluegirl......I can't quote the price for the Prisma 120 set at Michaels. Michaels does have percentage off coupons frequently, but not every week. Last week was a real treat with so many, but that doesn't happen very often.

My newspaper this week does not have a sale flyer for Michaels for this week, but there is one for AC Moore.

I got my set of 72 Prismacolor pencils on ebay. There are frequently good deals there on these pencils.

I got my pencils at A.C. Moore & used a 50% coupon. It was located in the art supply section & this weekend, A.C. Moore has 2 coupons out - 1 coupon for 40% off & another for coupon for 50%. Good luck =)

Here is a set on ebay of 120 for a $59.99 buy-it-now price. Pretty good deal.

Thanks for all the help! I found them at Michaels and used my 50% off coupon....only purchased the 24 set......will add to them when I feel I have mastered the 24! :-) Ebay looks like a great place for deals on these pencils.....will probably shop there when I am ready to expand my collection. I did purchase a few grays separately, as there are no grays in my smaller sets. Thanks again!
