Polychromos/prismacolours help

Can anyone recommend any good tutorials for these pencils please? I am struggling to get the hang of them.

Go there,they are a profesional artist site, go to the color pencils section. They have a lot of good tips there.I study the drawings.
Also look for the Prism color threads here, they are full of good tips. I been able to improve my coloring this summer w/ their tip[s. I started out 3 yrs ago w/ a few pencils,now I have 3 brands I use.
Stay away from the Prism c/p's made in:rolleyes: Mexico they don't blend as well as the old ones do.
