You can find free photo editing programs on the net. Just google photo editing software download. It's not adobe though if that's what you're looking for.

Try Picasa 3 ...It's free and you can put a watermark on your photo too.

You can get a free trial download of Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Illustrator from their website. You have thirty days to try them and decide if you like them or use them enough to buy them. I would worry that any other "free" versions are pirated, illegal copies. HTH

GIMP is probably the best FREE image manipulation program I've ever run across. I use it on a daily basis.
