I've been getting my Penny Black stamps from BJ's Stamp Store N More or her Ebay site for almost a year now. She's fantastic! If you order from her website I believe she offers free shipping over $50. No affiliation, just a very happy customer. :mrgreen:

What used to be HM Stamps split into two, and Dick now does just Penny Black - http://www.hmstamps.com/Welcome.htm. He also has a scheme where he can order old retired stamps from Penny Black, though some of them don't have the stickers on the block. I've had excellent service.

Absolutely, buy from Dick!! He's fabulous, his emails are terrific, he's reliable.... and he keeps you posted on everything going on with Penny Black!! He also recently had NEW Rambling Ted CLEAR stamps!!! Cool.
