I’ve got the first one Sabrina linked to, as recommended by Dina. I’ve got a bit of a mix of brands of coloured pencils and it works well with all of them.
If there is a Staples near you, check in the back of the store on a rack of stuff for drafting and professional drawing. I found a great sharpener that is all metal with super sharp blades. Last one I will ever need to buy!

I attended a class in AZ where the maker of the stamps recommended an electric sharpener. It works great. Also, it helps if you don't drop your colored pencils as the lead breaks easily.
I do like the T'Gaal but I was going through them so quickly because after time the blade casing seems to... stretch or shift, and I'm not getting the fine point I need. Just too much of an investment for the volume of work that I do. I switched over to the Kum sharpener with the replaceable blades. Happy so far.
What is a good brand or kind of pencil sharpner for colored pencils? I can't seem to find a decent one.
Oh, such a good question. I've tried so many sharpeners.:(
I bought the T-Gaal because a lot of people talking here at SCS were really pleased with it. Maybe I got a lemon, but it didn't sharpen well at all and the adjustable hole choices sharpened exactly the same, no difference.
A few weeks ago I picked up a Prismacolor "Scholar" sharpener in the drug store for really cheap and it's been he one that has worked the best for me so far. I'm not sure how long the blade will stay sharp for, but I figure I've already gotten my money's worth out of it.
I use X-ACTO Pencil Sharpener | Teacher Pro Electric Pencil Sharpener, With Auto Adjust Dial, SafeStart Motor, SmartStop, Black, 1 Count
Even sharpens the larger Derwent pencils
I purchased the Prismacolor Premiere pencil sharpener recommended by Sandy Allnock and truly love it - it gets the perfect point on my pencils and doesn't break leads all the time like others I've tried. Plus, it was cheap which is of utmost importance to me as I like to be as thrifty as possible.
I've also seen it at JoAnn's, Hobby Lobby (I think?), and a few other places... it's pretty widely available. Good luck!
Blessings,
C
