After you join it post a new message about the problems you are having. There is a person there named "Klo" and she is a member of the Pazzle Design Team and I feel sure she will do whatever she can to help you. Another person there that is really helpful is Melinda ("lovemyzombie").

Yes. I was having some trouble with mine and Klo was so helpful for me. My problem isn't quite fixed but I think it has something to do with my design and I was welding also. I joined the group and found them very helpful. I know that Klo mention that they sold over 3000 machines I think from HSN alone and so they are really back logged. I know in the end it's all going to be worth it or if not it's a really great paper weight. LOLOL Good Luck. (I was trying to post to that message but it wouldn't let me. So I'm copying and pasting)
Hi Julia!! So this would be like a birthday prezzie to yourself???!!! I love the idea (except I'd have to wait till November to do that :( )...I SO want this cutter - but am trying to get cabinets built into my crafting room first....somethings gonna have to happen on that or I'm gonna cave on the Pazzles!!!
According to HSN when I called to ask about the flex pay and how long that'd last - the lady said always....so I'm not sure if they'll always have the product or not - but she seemed to talk like they would....???
I'm anxious to hear when you get yours and if you're loving it like everyone else too!!!
mmm ok. Still not a bad deal for everything that you get. Because I originally looked at it on the pazzles website and then read through here that hsn had it and it comes with a lot more.

Our LSS got one a few weeks ago. Yesterday when I was in the store, I heard the cashier tell a customer that they are really frustrated with it, and when they contacted the company, they heard that everyone else is having problems with them, too... Are all of yours still fine?
I got mine on March 18th and I LOVE it! I already had a Craft Robo, which was a lot harder to learn and I love it too! If you are going to use a digital cutter, you have to be prepared to "do the homework"!
