Default Paper Piercing Templates

Does anyone know where I can get a template similar to the SU template? I know that Ellen's store has some - but they are rather ornate, and I just want to be able to punch little holes in straight lines. My demo is in another province, so I normally only order once per quarter from her to maximize on the hostess benefits... and I just got an order from her... so I am looking for an online store that can get me something quick!

I have googled and googled, but to no avail - any help is appreciated!

You could try using plastic needlepoint canvas. Cheap, easily available at a craft store, different sizes of holes (so you get different spacing).
