Hi,
I have narrowed down my choice between snapfish.com and winkflash.com. I would like to hear from anyone who has used either or both of these services as to what your pros and cons are? They are about the same price, so that doesn't seem to be an obstacle. How is the quality of each, etc.? I like that winkflash prints on Fuji paper, and I have emailed snapfish to see what they print on. They sent me a form answer about thank you for your interest, etc., but they didn't answer the question. Does anyone know what kind of paper they print on? I also like a matte finish, and it looks like they both offer this. Photo editing is not that big of a deal, because I use Microsoft Digital Image Suite to edit my pictures anyway.
Sorry for the long questions, but thanks in advance for any of your answers!
I have belonged to Snapfish since 2004 and have been very happy with them. However, that being said, I mainly use them for on-line long term storage of my photos and to e-mail my albums to my relatives that live out of state. You need to buy at least one thing a year to keep your albums active so I do that but otherwise I just print my pictures at Costco. But the pictures I have received from them I have been very happy with. HTH!
I use snapfish too and have since 2003. I think their quality is outstanding, and their prices are great!

I have used winkflash...they print on glossy...can't remember if it is Fuji or not. The quality of the color wasn't as vibrant as Snapfish.
I actually sent the same pictures to 4 different places: snapfish, winkflash, shutterfly, and Creative Memories Photo Center. Winkflash was the cheapest, but the quality was the least of the four. The Creative Memories was the most expensive, but it tied (in my opinion) with shutterfly for quality.
That is probably way more information than you wanted...
I use Snapfish and love it. The quality is excellent. I like the matte finish, also. They also offer the option of cropping your photos to slightly smaller than 4x6, which I like for scrapbooking. That size also fits nicely in the A2 (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) cards (when sending photos out during the holidays).

I have used both, I normally stick with winkflash as they are alot cheaper. Plus I love the 99 cent flat rate shipping as I normally get 100 plus printed at a time. They have very fast shipping also.
I use Winkflash. I'm happing with the quality and the price is great. Shipping is 99 cents which is a big plus. The last order I received had $5+ postage on it but I was only charged the 99 cents.

I use kodakgallery and love them, don't know if you are considering them but I pay .15 a print a $1 something to send to CVS near me, no matter how many pictures. Usually takes 3 to at the most 4 days. They use kodak paper and have picture cards available and glossy or matte. They have been very stingy on the coupons, I used to get alot, noat anymore. Good luck, sorry to throw in another choice!
I use Costco which wasn't in your question.... but when you have them shipped to your home from ordering through Costco they use snapfish. I have had great photos from them.
