I went today and picked up 11 of the cupcake stamps and 7 of the farm stamps. Yeah!! I can not believe my Mikes had them! They had the fairies but I didn't get any of those.

:(I went to Mikes today and nothing. I called 4 other mikes and still nothing. Where is everyone finding these at? Where at in the store? When did these come in? I'm wanting the cupcake ones and the ice cream ones:mad:
Wish we had Michaels in the UK!!!! We may get them eventually over here (think months rather than weeks!) but with the exchange rate as it is we'd pay about $1.50.
Could someone tel me what the farm animals are? I picked up a little lamb last weekend, but thought it was for Easter. Also, where in KC,MO did you find them? Thanks
Look at what jumped into my basket as I was strolling through Michaels! hehe! New stuff.. yippeee!! Stampin up has a new set with funny food sayings..one with a donut and the verse is donut be sad. Perfect verse for the $1 donut stamp!!

The farm animals are a whole new bunch of stamps. They had a mommy and baby lamb on 1 stamp, pig, cow, horse, cat, a barn. I didn't get those...yet! I saw the cute easter lamb too..that was in a different bin.
Thanks...I have been trying for months to buy a set on Ebay of On the Farm or Farm Fun, but they are going for quite a bit! I reeeealllly need these $1 stamps! I've been to 2 M's, but no cupcakes or farm animals. I would be happy to pay somebody for a set and shipping.
Well I had to stop in Michaels on my way home tonight. I found the new farm animals studio G wood stamps, bought them all. I also bought all the studio G clear fairies too. I noticed in the picture, there was a duplicate stamp so there is 16 in a set not 17. I didn't find the cupcakes though. I did however find other new studio G clear stamps, but most of them I wouldn't use so I didn't buy any.

Gosh you ladies are quick! LOL! :mrgreen: I work at Mikes and I didn't even know these were coming out! We got our new dollar stuff on Mon and don't have it all out but are hoping to have all stocked by the end of the weekend. When new stamps come in my boss always gives me a hard time saying that Caren is going to "shop as she stocks"! :oops: LOL! So if any of you are near Peoria, AZ they will be here soon!

OK, I live in a Studio G clear stamp wasteland. That would be Chicago/surrounding suburbs. All of the Michaels I have been to in the past few months (and trust me, I get around) seem to not have any of the newer clear stamps. They have the newer wood block ones, but it's as if they have just decided to lose the clear stamps, so they have some really, really old ones and that's it.
Does anyone have any insight on how these are distributed? I am losing the zeal to pop in and check out what they have because even I (gasp) am coming to terms with the fact that they just do not seem to be getting in any new clear Studio G clear stamps. Wood mount, sure, but not clear.
Any insight would be appreciated! Seriously, it is so bad that I hate to even go look, and that is a lot to say. I know I will be disappointed, and that's how it seems to always be. Major withdrawal! Things used to be a lot better.
I was wondering the same thing, Cynthia. Maybe someone who works at a Mike's could enlighten us. I've been wondering if the issue is how fast the old ones sell. You know, my store has two full bins of a clear stamp "dud" release, and they haven't gotten any new ones in since that set. Maybe they just won't put an order in until that bin is empty (or nearly so)??

Mine were scattered in several places. I went yesterday to look for the farm ones. I went to the place where the dollar wood stamps normally are and there were several newer ones but no farm. After looking forever, I found the barn ones in one area of the dollar stuff (note pads, etc.), the cupcake ones in another, and the clear fairy ones in yet another. I couldn't find any Easter ones though.
OK - I'm back. I was camping outside Mike's all night just waiting for them to open! No, seriously... I saw the empty bins yesterday with the labels "Wood Mount Cupcake" and "Clear Stamp Cupcake" and sauntered over to the manager "When are you planning to fillt hose bins over there?" He told me tomorrow (today) morning.
I gave them until 1215 and could stand it no more!!! I got to the store and the same manager was putting them in the bin!! As he was putting them in I was taking them out! LOL! I am sure he thinks I am the Insane Cupcake Stamp Lady but so what - I loved and got them all!
And......in that filing cabinet I call a purse, I found a 25% Off Your Entire Purchase Coupon!! So I got them for 75 cents apeice!
And now..... I come back here and what do I find? THERE ARE FARM ANIMALS TOO????? Who thought to look for them - it was ALL about the cupcakes for me today!!
If that manager was there at 1215 do you think he'll still be there at 700 pm if I go again to check out the farm animals?
I am pretty sure I have that single sheep - did anyone see it with the Easter Stamps last month????
And no, I am not obsessive! Nope, not one little bit. Nuh-uh......

I am so bummed I've been looking at michael's for these stamps since Wed and I went to THREE different Michael's and even asked the store clerks and they had NO CLUE what I was talking about! I'm so disappointed....I love fairies.
Would you believe I was at Michael's today and didn't bother to look because I wanted to get home to my puppy? (rolling eyes) Maybe I'll head back tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up.
How do the clear ones stamp? Do they give a good impression? Anyone?
Mine didn't have the owl either. I wanted it. But I'm happy that I found the others.
Several weeks ago some friends and I did a free make and take class and the instructor said.."since owls are the 'in thing' now we are gonna do an owl card". I kind of was dumb founded...honestly didn't realize that owls were "in"...now I am hooked....looking for these cute little things on paper,stamps,etc.
I just got back from my Michaels and my son found the bins.
THEY ARE ALL LOCATED IN THE NEW DOLLAR BINS THAT ARE WITH THE SPRING STUFF. I got all the cupcakes, fairies, and the farm animals. Well, at least what I could find. I will take a picture of all them...the animals are so cute.
If it wasn't for the person about telling me to look in the sections of the dollar bins and not in the 3 tier bins, I would of never found these.

I can't even find the clear fairies or the cupcake ones in wood! My Michaels ( 4 stores), still only has the Easter clear ones.
Are you sure you are looking in the other dollar bins where they keep the notebooks, tins, and things like that. I must of walked by that section 3 times before finding these stamps on the bottom bins...Some stores like my sisters in Colorado have the label for them, but not out yet...they told her Monday that they will put them out, but all the labels are out for them...so they are getting them. Good luck!

My store had it scattered in 3 different areas. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt. The cupcake and farm animal stamps were in the bins with the other $1 stuff (notepads, magnets, etc)..the easter stamps were in a bin next to easter stuff (plastic eggs, grass)..and the other new stamps were in another bin, separate from everything else. I just visited the 2nd Michaels in my town and they didn't have any new $1 stamps out..go figure?

Yes, DH and I have looked everywhere in Michaels and in 4 Michaels near us.

some lady shopping in the store walked by me while I was getting ready to put a cow wooden stamp in my basket and she said "OH! they have cows??!"and I said HUH? she said " oh, well, they had all these cute stamps over in the $1.00 bin and I thought maybe they had a cow stamp in there too." I'm like WHERE??! WHERE??! lol I was getting ready to pay $5.99 for the cow stamp that I was looking at. Needless to say I went running over there and YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!! I hit the jackpot!!! they had farm animals, fairies, cupcakes, sweets...etc. I bought em' up!! I'm so excited!!! I can't wait to use them all. :mrgreen:
