NEW Crop-a-dile
Okay, I can't the info. on WeRMemory Keepers to load.....but I received an email from HSN about a new Crop-a-dile available beginning the 10th. It has a 6" reach - perfect for scrapbooking!! Just thought I would share my excitement.....
I saw this too. I wish they came out with that one first!!! I love my CAD, but am unsure I will buy the new one. I love the grommet and longer reach, but I guess it all depends on how much they want for it. Wonder how fast it will sell out off HSN.

I got an e-mail from CK Media with a picture. It is debuting on HSN and apparently won't be available till March after it's debut. It has a six inch reach to set gromlets, eyletes and snamps in the center of a 12 x 12 page.

looks great...but it only says that it will set things...doesn't say it will punch holes...so does that mean we still can't punch a hole in the center of a page?
It's a little hard to see in the thumbnail, but it looks like the front part is the setter and behind that are two holes in the bottom one small one and then one a little bigger, so I am thinking these are the cutter holes.

If you read the fine print, it says that it won't ship until March....sometimes HSN and QVC do those pre-buy things. Of course, I just bought the other one...maybe I should take it back??????

Argh! Yet another tool to buy! But I will have to have it. That is awesome because I can't get into using the hammer method of doing eyelets in the middle of a page. Wonder how heavy it will be?
I don't want to wait either. As for being unwieldy...it looks like it sits on your desk. It actually looks easier to use to me since you don't have to wrap your hand around it.

I think the fine print means that they have supplies now for when it is shown on the 10th, but after those are sold-out, it won't be available again until March. I think if you get in before it's sold out, it will ship when you order it.
It's it a heavy-duty one like the regular CAD where you can punch cans, leather, and such, then that would be great! If it's not heavy-duty, then it would have limited appeal.
I'm waitin til they make a purple one!!!! lol Actually if I had seen this before I got my other (purple) one, then I might have gone for this. But I don't do a lot of SB'ing, and usually when I do a page or make a card with brads or eyelets.....I like to have them on a layer anyhow so I don't have holes on the back of my page or inside of my card. So I'm not sure this would be something I need.....but I know tons of people have been waiting on them to do this.

I'm definitely going to be watching to see it on TV. I am excited to see it but I probably won't buy it since I already have the original. I can't see spending $40 just so I can use it farther into a page or item (even tho that would be SUPER handy).
