I don't have any of these, but 2 suggestions I've seen on the docraft.co.uk forum is:
put them in a cd case with magnetic tape to hold them in place
add a keyring thru them all to keep together
I am one of those "Gotta Have It All" girls, so I used storage that would fit everything they have or will have for quite some time.
I use a "double" CD Wallets to accommodate even the Long Rectangles (over two of the spots). I cut 4.5" x 4.5" pieces from a 12" x 24" magnetic sheet and slid them into the CD pockets. Then I put the Nestabilites on the outside of the CD pocket. It holds right through the plastic. Except for the Scalloped Square sets. Because these "nest" on top of each other, they don't come fully in contact with the magnetic sheet. So for those sets only, I put them on the magnetic sheet inside the pocket. You could just make each set of Scalloped Squares into 2 sets and then they would be fine, but I wanted to keep my sets "intact".
To avoid having to label them all, I put the "small" sets on the top and the large sets on the bottom. I use this system for all my Spellbinder dies. It works GREAT! You can see them below or in my gallery.
I keep the case right by my Wizard and it is very quick and easy to grab them off the pockets. I don't even zip the case unless I am taking it out of the house. I did think about hanging them for quick access, but I am really trying to cut down on the things to dust in my studio. Dust here accumulates very quickly in just a day or two!
I use the Quick Kutz Magnet Books. They were about $7 each at Hobby Lobby with a coupon and each onse holds all four sets, regular and scallopped, of each shape. I was using CD tins with magnet sheets in them but the magnet was not strong enough so when I opened the tin the Nesties wher everywhere. Love the Quick Kutz Magnet books I have them in Black, I believe they come in White also. HTH!
I just talked about this on my blog on Friday. I use the Quickutz Magnetic binders. You can see pictures and see how I use a Cropper Hopper paper holder to put them in. Look here. I hope it helps!

I bought a little 4.5" x 6" photo album at my LSS and they all slide in there very nicely. I don't have the Circles or Long Rectangles yet, so I'm not sure if they'll fit.
I bought the wider CD cases, tear out the CD holder inside, and used magnets to hold the Nestabilities in the cases. I like this system as I also use CD cases for my clear stamps. I take the printed clear sheet of the stamp set and gluedot it to the exterior of the CD case and then stick the stamps to the inside. I have a CD rack that holds them all! It is big enough to hold a few music CD's also so I can listen to them while I make cards. I am set up! LOL
I have a magnetic strip from The Container Store on my wall. I then have magnetic hooks on the strip. I took notebook rings and have each set on a ring on a hook on the strip!
Now, I can already see the downside of this.......by dh will see them and want to know if I've used them....:p :p :p :p
I bought a little tin from Michael's for a dollar. I got refrigerator magnets in an 8x8 sheet size for a dollar. I cut the 8x8 magnet sheets into 2x4 sizes. I then got plastic CD holders from K-mart. $4.97 for 25. Each set of my nesties are in a CD holder. They all fit into my neat little tin. Now I can carry them with me along with my Cuttlebug to crops, retreats, beach or the mountains. All in all I spent about $10.00 for everything.
I just posted my storage system for the nestabilities here: Storage for Nestabilities by Jodene at Splitcoaststampers
It sits nicely on my desk right by my CB and is easy to access.
I did try a zip up CD case but found because I had to zip/unzip and get them in and out it was easier this way. I just flip through them and pop out the one I want. They are easy to label too
I found a great example on Gina K's blog. You can check it out with pictures and all under the tutorials link "using your nestabilities in your cuttlebug". I would post the link but I'm new and can post urls yet.
I was trying to think of how to store mine and wanted to do something magnetic. I thought I would have to buy some magnet sheet, then I had a aha! moment. I forgot I have a roll of the magnet for the Xyron 510, so I think I will just xyron it onto some sturdy cardstock or even chipboard, then just punch a hole and binder clip the different sheets for different nest sets. This way it will be in one place, but easily accessible. Just have to find time to actually do it!
For my Nestabilities I use a zippered cd holder. I cut a piece of card board to size and then a piece of photo magnet. This is the perfect size to hold one set on each page. This particular case holds 10 but for $1. at the dollar store you can't go wrong.

I like that you have added the cutting and embossing "recipes" right on the case. Both the Nesties and the layers needed are handy.
Right now, mine are in a CD case w/ magnetic strips, but seeing these great ideas makes me think I'll have to change my system...
I store mine in CD cases with a magnet strip. I also made cover inserts for mine so at a quick glance I know exactly what the shape will look like if I want to emboss and/or stencil it. The CD cases fit perfectly into storage totes and each tote holds about 25, also the totes stack up nicely. Here are some pictures I posted on my blog awhile back.
