Default nestabilities sandwich

Ok so I use the nestabilities with my CB and I found the sandwich that works for me is:
(Stack from bottom up)
1. A plate
2. C plate
3. nestabilitie die face up
4. cardstock
5. B plate
which is from Nicole's (Papertreyink) blog and it works for me.
I find it hard to make sure that the die is cutting where I want it to cut especially if I have stamped my image before I cut (I know the simple answer would be to cut then stamp but sometimes my plans change and I want to cut after). Can I change the order of my sandwich making it:
(Stack from bottom up)
1. A plate
2. B plate
3. cardstock
4. nestabilitie die face down
5. C plate
now to me this sandwich makes more sense, the CS is face up so I can see what I have stamped and where the die will cut and the die is facing down so it is still cutting into the B plate and not my C plate.
Just curious as to why I couldn't do it this way and why everyone else has been doing it the other way?

I try to place the plates so I'm always cutting into a B. Yes - I've forgotten a few times but I can still mostly see through my C plate.

I think the order matters more when you're embossing then when you're cutting.

I do it the way you are asking about and it works fine. I always want to see where my die is on the paper.
Blessings.

OKay, so I just got my first set of Nesties! I have two questions:

1. How do I get them to emboss?

2. Are the nesties supposed to be cutting into the b plate or the c plate? My c plate has marks on it from where I was just playing. Is this supposed to be the case or am I doing something wrong?

1. Slightly thinner sandwich. I do A,B,nestie, cardstock, plummer flange (rubber mat), 2 pieces of cardstock, B.

2. Yup. Try to keep the marks going into the same plate.
