Default Nauvo Drops

I have seen a few videos where they are using Nauvo Drops and fell in love with them. Went to look at prices and they are above my budget. Any body have any alternatives or something cheaper like making your own puffy paint or colored hot glue?

Default Nuvo Drops

Nuvo Drops I still think are cool but still out of my budget. Any products similar but cheaper or something totally different I could repurpose? Colored hot glue or the melting beads? Any ideas?

The Nuvo drops that I use most are the clear glitter. I asked for them for Christmas one year. Maybe just get one bottle. Stickles are similar but not as thick, they don’t dry as raised up.

People have used the melting beads and coloured hot glue sticks to make their own enamel dot and Dew Drop effects. I've never tried, but from memory there should be several how-to tutorials if you do a Google search. I'm pretty sure that the Frugal Crafter has one. But, I think it predates Nuvo drops, so I wouldn't use that as your search term.

I just bought my first bottle of Nuvo Drops. I bought one of the white hues. Can you recolor the Nuvo Drops with alcohol markers, reinkers or another technique?
