Default My Ribbon Solution

I almost went and ordered a Ribbon Ring System...which is a great idea, but for enough to do my ribbons it would cost $30+. So...I remembered we had this no-longer-being-used Ikea stuff in the garage and I got it all put up.

I LOVE it...I put 3 ribbons on a clip, and I am still short about 30 clips, but I can have my DH pick them up next week.

Now maybe I will be able to find the right ribbons without getting a headache in the process! I only put up about a yard or so of the ones I have on spools...the spools are in clear bins so I can see what I have easily when one runs out on the clips.

This is very nice! I would love to do something similar except my cat would chew it all. Her favorite 'treat' is my ribbon scraps!

Very smart. I would do it but my 3 yr old would destroy it. She loves to unravel ribbon.

Same here...but one cat is 20 pounds and can only jump so high due to being gravity challenged...haha.... so I hung it up fairly high.

Our other cat is 14 and will not 'stoop' to playing with ribbons. LOL

I love this... but my first thought was "man the cat would have a blast with that"... I see I wasn't alone with that thought!

HA! My first thought was "cat toy" as well. I love the way they look, though! They will add beauty as well as organization to your stamping space. Great idea!

You system looks great and I can see the advantage of being able to see what you have. I always find the right ribbon AFTER the card is finished!

BUT, we are also a "Cat Family" and I could just imagine the mess we would have here once the little "darlings" see all the shiny, little "Pretties" just hanging there for their amusement! LOL:-D
