Don't like her personally - so this may skew my opinion somewhat.
Paper is too thin, punches never seem to work right, overpriced, glue on items in packages don't last long (sticky backed things).
And man I was mad to find out that my walmart got rid of the entire SB/stamp isle and has her stuff in it now. I used to LOVE their paper from paperbilities.
I love my butterfly punch. Just bought it and love the way the levers are. I hope she keeps making them like this. I have some of her clear stamps which work ok but clear stamps are not my favorite to use. I bought some paper but haven't used it yet. I also got some pretty glittery bird stickers but haven't used them yet. I love her colors. I also have some of her aqua ink which works ok but seems to be dryer than others I've used. I do like the bone folder. I've seen her things at Walmart, Target, Kmart, AC Moore, and Michaels.

I got all her colors of glitter and love them. They are so fine and its a great price at walmart. I also agree with the cardstock being too thin and not great patterns yet.
I haven't had any problem with her punches so far. I love her glitters and her decoupage glue. It doesn't leave brush marks like Mod Podge does and it doesn't leave that stickiness, either. I haven't used any other of her products than those.
ETA: oh, and I don't think her prices are too high on the products I've bought so far. I think her punches are right in line with the rest of the manufacturers out there, her glitter is a total bargain considering how much you get, and the decoupage glue is priced fine, too, especially with a coupon.
I can't bring myself to buy her stuff. I don't mind her (used to like her years ago), but my sister was told by a Michael's manager that "Martha Stewart thinks everyone who shops at Michael's is low class"!
I'm sure Martha didn't say that to the manager personally (!), so it's complete rumor, but every time I pass her stuff, I think of that and just "can't go there"! LOL
WalMart carries some of her stuff. I bought one of her border punches there last week. The line there is green while it is white at Michael's. I LOVE her border punches!!!
I have the butterfly punch and the lace border punch and I really like both of them. I also have the set of two bird stamps but mine are wood mounted. I've since seen them as clear stamps. Anyway, one stamps great images, the other not so great.
I will never ever buy one of her border punches again. It worked for a bit and now it will not even punch through thin DSP.
I do like the stamps. I have some of the wood Halloween ones from last year and now I have the clear birds set. Love them.
I do like the glitter also!!!
I love her clear stamps. For what you get no more expensive than SU. I think the quality is right on too. I have found though that with the stamps there are certain inks that work better with them than SU inks. I also have her bone folder which I really like. I haven't tried any of her punches yet. I have heard mixed reviews on them so far (outside SCS). My gallery has a couple of cards I made with the MS Stamps

I have the MS snow flake punch and the lace border punch and I love the product. I haven't had any problems punching through SU cardstock, I have to make sure I am punching on a very solid surface. My friend was trying to use hers on a card table and was having problems. When she used them on a counter top, they worked like a charm.
Realize that many of Martha's products are manufactured by K & Co. We all know that company has made wonderful products. Just look on the backk of the package and it might say K & Co.

I was hoping your information was going to solve my problem. My border punch will not punch through the SU c/s even on a solid surface. I am quite disappointed in it.
I don't care for the paper or clear stamps. The paper is too thin and the clear stamps tear easily. I really like the punches and glitter. The lace border punch is really beautiful (stick it in freezer if you have trouble with heavier paper).

How long do you have to leave it in the freezer and do you have to do this process every time you want to use it on SU cardstock? I would love this border punch if only it would work.
I sent a email to MarthaStewart.com to see if they could help me with my border punch. They wrote back and told me they would only replace or refund for things bought online. I think that is pretty crappy. It is Martha's product no matter where I bought it.
I have several of her products. I have several punches, one (the layered wedding cake) gets stuck so I may try to stick in the freezer like some of you suggested, but I have others that work like a charm. I also love the monogramed stamp set. I bought several ribbons cuz I just love the soft colors but havn't used yet, but what I love best so far is the decoupage. So much better than Mod Podge. It goes on so smooth and dries with no brush marks and is not sticky at all. Great quality.
I do like the Martha line of products. I like her style and the color palette. My favorite product, tho, is her seam binding. It ties and drapes beautifully. Don't get too attached to it, tho, if you decide to try it!! It was clearance priced at the Michaels I stopped at yesterday (down to 99cents from 2.99), so I'm afraid it's on its way out).
I have the same problem as most people with her border punches. I have two of her halloween punches and they don't punch well through thicker cardstock. I think they are very cute though.
I also tried her glue pad. It was terrible. I used it for flocking. It rubbed right off! Even after letting it set overnight.

Why not exchange it at the store you bought it from if it's faulty? Certainly a legitimate reason. It might just be that particular punch that's the problem. Good luck!
She's pricey but with 50% coupons, I've bought several punches and a bone folder. Just found a $20 pkg. of her DP in Mike's clearance aisle for $3.75! I've never had problems with her products.

I LOVE my hydrangea punches--at least the 2 regular ones--the 3-D one I don't quite get...
I also love the one glitter jar I bought.
I really didn't expect to like her stuff, but I am impressed. As others have noted, it's often made by reputable companies--I'm so glad EK makes the punches (they also do Stampin' Up!'s punches).
I have most of her border punches and butterflies. LOVE them! If you have trouble with the border punchs, with cs, just use your left hand to hold the rectangle part down and push the lever with your right. Now that's if you are right handed as I am. Anyway, it's a little trick I happened on accidently. And works for me.

I love the look of her stuff, but don't buy it. I do plan on buying some glitter and maybe some ribbon at some point. I do have her bone folder and it's the best in my opinion.
