Question Making Memories Embellishment Organizer

Does anyone have one of these?

http://www.michaels.com/art/online/d...ductNum=sb0628
(the organizer is the one that hangs on the wall)

I've been thinking about getting one of these - with a coupon of course (they retail for about $70). I almost had one in my cart the other day but was still undecided - not sure how practical it would be.
Just wanted to get an opinion of someone who had one.
Thanks!

Wow! I don't have one but would love to know what someone who has it thinks of it. This may have to go on my wishlist. I haven't seen any of the neat new MM things at my M's though. I hope they get this!

I don't think all the stores have them. Mine just got two in last week.
I'm thinking the jars filled with ribbon would look really nice. And I have some small baskets that I think would fit nicely on the shelves.
So tempting!

Oooo! That would look really nice! A girl can never have too much ribbon storage I think. I can think of lots of things I could store in spice bottles too that would probably fit on the little shelves.

I'll have to head over on Monday with my coupon. If one of the two are left in the store, I'll see it as a sign that I need it.
I'll test it out for you!

Samantha has one, you could ask her how she likes hers. She got one for Christmas. Here is her blog:

I have it! I got it about a month ago with a coupon and have it hanging on the wall. It's very convenient and sturdy, I have MM paints, ribbon, small glass jars of flowers and other embellishments. It's very sturdy and colorful and so easy to see your stuff and grab it for a quick project. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the responses!
I'm definitely going to go out for one of Monday - four-year-old princess party here tomorrow has priority!
I didn't realize it had two holders for spools of ribbon. I can envision myself changing up my ribbon for the seasons. Will help my use up ALL the ribbon I have and will help decorate the room!
I'll post a picture when I get it loaded up!

I bought one and love it. I did however make a few changes. I used the Memory Makers clear bottles for storage but placed the smaller ones on their side (two rows high on the same shelf). I have 12 on one shelf now and plan to finish out filling the shelf with 12 more if they all fit. I printed labels on clear film and stuck them to the lids of the jars since having them on their side made it difficult to see what was inside each of them. I also altered the ribbon shelves. I have an gutter for my ribbon but needed a little more for overflow. (I am a ribbon nut and end up with a new roll with every trip to the craftstore.) I don't like not being able to pluck one roll out and try it on my card before cutting it, so I used their dowel rods but cut them to fit the inside of the unit just a half inch or so up from the shelf bottom and just inside the front edge. I nailed them in place. I can now easily put the rolls on the shelf without the chance of them rolling off out. I love the little buckets from Targets $1 section and use some of those to hold more tinkets on the shelves. I am now thinking about using the knobs that were supposed to go on the dowel ends for on the sides of the unit to loop cut ribbon on a keyring and hook on the knob. So excited today as I hit a store closure and was able to buy a metal card rack that spins! So cool and an awesome size! I can now put all those cards stored in boxes on the rack and find them faster! I am getting more organized but it seems to be an ongoing battle, how about everyone out there?
