Here is my cheap ribbon holder.

I used a clear makeup bag to make it. It was really easy to make and I love the way it turned out.

Wow, all of these ideas are great!!! My stamping room is literally in the planning stages but I've always envisioned my ribbon looking like momof2stampers - it just looks so pretty! I know that IKEA has all sorts of glass and plastic storage jars in their Marketplace, even the little embellishment jars like she used. And I also like SweetHeidiJo's idea of clipping the ribbons with the binder clips; it would keep them nice and straight with out creases or wrinkles. Thanks everyone for sharing your tips!

I use a meat tray ( that has been thoroughly washed in soapy water) punch holes in it, and thread the ribbon through the holes- it's very handy. I put a couple of nails in the wall and hang the tray on the nails. It's out of the way and easy to access.

I just purchased the ribbon ring. And so far having it hang up is going to be so much better to really see what I have. Check it out at www.ribbonring.com it took me awhile to find something that really worked for me. Good luck it your hunt for the perfect ribbon storage.

I picked those up at lowes or home depot in the closet/shelving section.. I cut them in 1/2 to fit under the cabinet, but I think they come in different sizes..

I am a total Ribbon addict! I can't even begin to count how much I have. lol

This is the way I store mine (you can read details on my blog)

These are old fashioned cookie jars I found at the dollar store. Sadly I have filled most of them to the top. lol

I have a lot of mine on the small styrofoam balls that someone mentioned earlier. Then I toss them into a basket. I love the way it looks.
