Default looking for stamp pad storage solution

Does anyone have a source for a good stamp pad storage solution? I need a wall mounted unit because I don't have a lot of table space available. I store my refill bottles separately so it wouldn't need to have space for that necessarily. My handy man hubby is too busy to make something so he said just buy it.

Any ideas?

Check out these on e-bay:

http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQ...Q5fPcNQ5fQ5fSI

If that doesn't work, the seller's name is stampingmykayla. I just purchased the 96 pad holder a month or so ago and I love it!!!!!

I've heard other people use plain old cassette tape holders - ya know, the wooden ones from back in the day? Napa Valley is supposed to make ones that are perfect for SU! pads. I've heard of people finding them super cheap at thrift stores!

HTHs!

Smile Stamp Pad Storage Solution

Hi! This is my first post here so hope it works, but I just found a WONDERFUL storage solution at Michaels. It is made by Creating Memories (I think) and it is a white painted wood wall cabinet which has several "cubicles" which hold the SU ink pads and also there are 2 dowel rods at the bottom that hold ribbons. It is so much more attractive than some I saw on Ebay. It has white bead board backing and looks so nice on the wall. You do have to stack a few ink pads together in each cube but to me that's no big deal. Not all Michael's Stores have it. Ours were all out after Christmas, but have restocked now. They run $79.00 but if you get the paper, Michael's almost always has a 40% off coupon for a single item, and that's how I got mine. I love it and it holds tons on stuff! I even have some various bottles of ink, stamp cleaners, etc on the top of it. Good luck. Hope this helps!

I highly recommend portaink. They used to have their own web site, but not I think it is distributed by others. But it is wonderful. I bought the double set that holds 48 ink pads. It has holes in the back for mounting on the wall, but then I can just pick it up off the screws and take it with me too. It has face plates that go over the front for travel to hold the ink pads in place and a shoulder strap. I love it. They also have a carousel one simlar to the SU color caddy but I wanted to be able to take it on the go when I wanted.

Try Ebay. Really, I found a really cool one that holds 120 some ink pads and you can hang it on the wall. Go to Ebay and type in ink pad storage. I used PayPal to pay for it. I even got one for my daughter who also is a big stamper.

I got the 120 pad holder and like you I love it. Who would think you would ever have that many stamp pads? Crazy! I use mine to store other stuff too because you can slide the little separaters out to make bigger squares. I got that idea from my daughter. Good thing we don't live in the same city--it wouldn't be safe!

I think it is made by "Making Memories" not creating memories... too many similar names out there! Old brains have trouble with these things you know!

I am waiting to get one of these as I have all CTMH pads. A friend of mine got one already from these folks and said she was very pleased with the quality of the product.

Wow! Thanks for all the great ideas. I will check out all the resources you mentioned. I got sidetracked when I went to ebay when I saw all those retired SU stamps. Holy moly! I have only used ebay a couple times and forget to look there.

120 stamp pads!!!! OMG! I cannot even imagine having that many stamp pads but who knows?? Maybe some day.......

Thanks again all for the ideas!
