Default Little tube bags for m & m

I want to put together some of the tube shaped bags of m & m's for a bake sale. Can someone point me to the instructions and also where to purchase the bags? Thanks!

Here's a whole thread on this: Question re M&M treat thing I saw.... by Kay-Kay at Splitcoaststampers

It's from 2010, so some of the resources might not be available anymore.

They work great for m&m's.
