for Waltzingmouse Stamps, that is. Wait till you read what this woman (Claire) did!
1. 3-1 She had a new release; I placed my order the same day.
2. 3-5 She identified a potential problem with one of the new sets.
3. 3-10 I received an entire set to replace the one with the potential problem (as yet, the stamps hadn't even arrived for me to confirm whether or not I had a problem, mind you).
4. 3-12 My stamps arrived (it's a long way from N. Ireland to N. Carolina, after all). AND, as if the first free set weren't enough, my invoice had a circle around another set that I wasn't charged for. It was a problem with the way her billing system was set up; neither she nor I noticed this when I placed my order, but she went ahead and gave it to me for FREE. (I chalked up the surprising low bottom line to the $ being a little stronger, duh!)
Don't get me wrong, I think it should have been free considering the error was in the computer setup, but, gee, she fixed everything w/o my having to ask!!! Now that's customer service the way it should be. She identified potential problems and fixed them w/o my having to make a peep, and think about how much $ (sorry GBP) that must have cost her! I'm so impressed - customer for life here.

I've been watching her blog and stamps for a couple of months now. I have several sets waiting in a cart now, just waiting on one set to be back in stock before placing my first order.
Outstanding customer service is one thing that makes loyal customers, and it definitely sounds like Claire completely understands that.
Well, I checked WMS again just now. The one set I had been waiting on was back in stock, so I decided to check out. I must have wasted too much time going back to look at the other sets, because halfway through checkout, the set that coordinates with Spellbinders Labels 1 disappeared from my cart. I saw a notice that more would arrive soon, so I guess I'll wait a few days and try again. Those sets must be popular!
Just checked our her site - Her nestie stamps are so incredible. I'm not a stamper but I wouldn't have to color those and they're clear so no trimming - I just might have to place an order! I use my Nesties every single day I craft, so I know I would actually use these stamps!
Oh My. the are wonderful. Wish I had the $ to buy more than 2 sets. I will go back often to get the others, as well as the vintage nestie lable 1 set that they are out of. Thnk you so much for posting about it, SCS is how I find most of the fantastic sites.
I have made a note of this. I want to support businesses who possess a moral backbone. Customer care is as important as quality, and those who display this kind of work ethic deserve the support. It is good to hear stories like this, and restores faith in the good old fashioned idea of win-win for the business and the customer.
I also have had wonderful service. Delivery to Canada is unbelievable. I placed an order to the States and from her close to the same time. I have received my order from her but not yet from the States. When I first ordered from her store, well over a year ago, she caught a mistake I had made, corrected it, notified me, and I saved money. How great is that! Her stamps are just so great!
I have ordered a couple of times from WMS, with a growing wish list. The stamps are beautiful and excellent quality. The shipping time to the states actually is quite quick. Claire and her design team provide great inspiration. I strongly recommend Waltzinmouse Stamps.
I had exactly the same experience! She sent a free set because the website claimed it was $0.00, sent me a free replacement set for a set I didn't even have yet and didn't know there was a problem. I don't care about the difference between dollars and pounds, I'll definitely use her site again. She had those sets to me so fast, I didn't think it was possible to get them that soon. And with customer service like that, I'm a loyal customer. And the designs are AWESOME.
