There was speculation that this is part of the 12x12 paper that was cut wrong and they are trying to find a way to not waste all that mis-cut paper.

It is textured, which is kind of cool!!!

I completely agree with Carolyn. These colors all work so well together. Great job all around, and how nice of you to showcase your upline!! I love how she reversed the fold on the little tab part of this pre-scored paper to make room for a gift card, or such. Such clever people out there!
