You'll want a permanent ink like Stazon for your gamsol/prismacolors. As for copics, the best seems to be the brand Adirondack ink. You can get it from Ellen Houston's site, as well as many other places I'm sure. Adirondack ink would work fine with gamsol/prismacolors too.
I like to use Stazon for coloring with Prismas. I have never had a problem with bleeding and it has a nice black color. I don't remember who posted it, but someone compared several different inks for use with copics and prisma markers.
I don't have any experience with Copics, but for Prismas I use nothing but the Palette hybrid ink that The Angel Company sells. Stazon works well too, but I hate the clean-up.
I use Versafine black onyx with my Prismacolors and baby oil. Of course, I have to use Georgia Pacific white cardstock instead of my Whisper White because my Whisper White is too slick for the Versafine.
I've used my Palette Burnt Umber pad and that works wonderfully.
