Default I am in desperate need of Cricut Expression help!

Hello everyone! I am in desperate need of help! I have a Cricut Expression. This is weird, but I bought it several years ago but never opened it. (Yeah, I told you it was weird! LOL!) I opened it a few days ago, wanting to use the Elmo's Party cart for my son's 2nd birthday party this Saturday. I played around with the font cart that comes with it to make sure I knew how to use it. So last night, I tried out the Elmo's Party cart. I love it! EXCEPT I *cannot* get the Layers 3/Layers 4 button to pull up Elmo's nose (which is in the upper right corner). It pulls up only the lower left images, but not the upper right images. What am I doing wrong???? I'm sure it is just user error. But I am desperate to figure it out because I need to get stuff done for his party. And Cricut.com won't let me register on their site to ask this on their forums! I have no idea why.

If anyone can help me, I will be eternally grateful!!

Blessings,
Jacquelyn

I think you need to push the 'Shift' button to access to images in the upper right.

Good luck!

I do that, but it only shows the lower left image. I don't know what to do......but thanks for trying to help. I've emailed Cricut, but I doubt I will hear back from them in time to get ready for his party.

Have you tried cutting the images anyway, despite what's showing? Maybe there's a glitch in that cartridge, and the screen isn't showing what is really going to cut. It's worth a try until PC gets back to you. Try calling them. I've always had success calling them directly. Hope this helps and that you are able to cut the images in time for the party.
