Default how thick of chipboard can i cut in Tonic cutter?

Yesterday I ordered the 12" Tonic Guillotine with 6" base. How thick of chipboard can I cut in it? I have some medium weight chipboard on the way and am curious if I will be able to cut it.

I've cut the thickness of cereal box cardboard without any problem. I tried cutting the backing of a notepaper pad but don't recommend it. The cut wasn't 'clean'.

We used it to cut matboard at school. I had the boys do the cutting so I can't address how easy it was.

I'll have to 'weight' and see for myself unless someone else has experienced cutting medium weight with the Tonic. Do share!!

I have the cutter the OP has, and ITA with this. It won't cleanly cut anything much thicker than cereal box weight.

Tried chipboard coasters--failed miserably
Tried back of a notepad also--would cut but not cleanly

I have cut medium weight Grafix chipboard using the tonic 12x12 Guillotine style cutter and had no problem with it. I had to stand so that there was even pressure on the handle and I had to bring the handle down in one shot so that the cut is even.
