I have a big daily pill container that I found at Walgreen's.(found it near the pharmacy) By big, I mean there are 28 slots - 7 across x 4 down (for a month of pills sorted). Since there are this many slots, you can cut the whole alphabet and keep the odd ones together. I have 2 of these since I have 2 different alphie fonts. Works for me because the alphie die sets I have have multiple letters that can be cut from one die.
ACM, M's and Joann's have boxes with dividers. They are usually in the bead dept and or storage dept. Some have dividers that can be moved around to adjust the size of the little compartment.
Cant' help with storage ideas because I don't cut the entire strip of letters. I just cut little pieces that are a little bigger than the letter I want and only cut the one letter. I found I never got back to using the spare letters.
I use one of those cheap floss box organizers from Michaels to store my extra letters. I put all the A's together, the B's and so on. It works for me, right now anyway. The pill box idea seems to have more compartments though. I need two boxes to have 26 spots.
Hope that helps.
I only have a few extra little letters since I just used my Billboard Alpha for the first time last week, but I've just put them in one of my "practice" matchboxes from back when I first used the Matchbox die. As I get more, I'll probably try one of the pillbox or floss organizer ideas posted here.

I'd worry about letters slipping between compartments with the adjustable dividers, since I've had a similar situation with other tote bags and organizers whose divider panels aren't attached at the bottom.

I don't have a Big Shot or this die, but when I have punchies/die cuts that have been RAK'd to me or extras I have punched/cut but not used, I store them in small zip top plastic bags. You can buy these at W*Mart in the craft section or probably most big craft stores. The ones I use are 3" x 4" and are perfect for small to medium things. Then I put all those bags in a basket.
I agree with stamphappy1650 (Post #5). Just lay a small piece of your paper over the letter you want. No need to waste paper cutting out the entire strip alphabet die. Most likely you'll never use any of the extra cut letters.
I used to keep my alphabet cut outs in a 30 drawer system that is used for garages. I just put the letter on the front of the drawer. Here is a picture of what I mean http://http://stack-on.com/tool_and_...age/ds-30.html
When I moved I had bought the clip-it-up so I put each letter into a separate bag to hang on it. I hope that helps!
I have bead orgainizers (two actually) made by Darice and I got them for like $2 each at the local craft store. I have a compartment for each letter and I just stick all the A's together, etc.
