hobby lobby ribbon and lunch tins

Went to Hobby Lobby today because of a post I read somewhere on SCS about tins being clearence and half off. I asked and they took me to the Bible School supplies section and they were $3.99 I mentioned reading on here that they were half off so the went ahead and gave them to me for half because they were going to be putting them on clearence next week. There was also some really great ribbon with the Bible School stuff that looks like it would coordinate perfectly with our new Dots and Dashes paper.

i just got back from there too. the lunc tins here were in the isle with the paper mache boxes and it said all decoratable boxes 50% off, so i bought some, they only had 3 of the larger size for card organizers. she said they were just on sale, not going to be clearance, and that they would get more. they are reg $3.99 but 50 off until sat. maybe they give rain checks?

I tried Hobby Lobby, but I'm thinking some of you ladies here on SCS got to the lunch tins before me! I even went to 2 of them. Oh well, maybe I'll send my husband to HL when he goes to work tomorrow. He'll love that one!!

I think they are the handle is identical to the provo craft ones.

The ones I bought at HL were marked $3.99. I did not get my 1/2 price and they are larger than the provocraft ones so the dimensions I have will not work right. The cards will also lay flat inside because of the larger interior space. I may be bringing mine back. Not what I wanted.

Have you seen the box of ribbon they have? The ribbon is on a wooden dowel and I think that there is about 20-24 spools. It is sooo cute, but I am going to wait until they have another 40% off coupon on the net before I buy it.

The Hobby Lobby near me didn't have them when I was there a few weeks ago. Maybe I'll have to go back and check out the VBS section.
