Ruby Red is a really pretty red. Rose Red is IMHO more of a pinky magenta (and one of my all time favorite SU colors!)

If you're looking for a true red, my favorite is Real Red. Better than the "rosey" shades.

I love real red but I wanted something not so bright and a bit more matte. I think I will go with the ruby red. Thanks ladies!!

Ruby Red is one of my faves. It goes will all the earthtones, makes a great accent color with all neutrals and is a nice change from Real Red for Christmas things. Rose Red is purplier and make great Valentines (stamped off it looks rather vintage-y).
