Help Naming Designer Please

I have lost almost 1/2 of my craft supplies while moving to water and mold damage while in storage - Trying to replace what I can. But need help with who the designer is for this stamp. I had soooo many of her stamps and they are all gone.

So sorry to hear about your damage and loss!! This stamp is from Elzybells, she was based in the UK but closed a number of years ago. I know that some of her designs were picked up by Penny Black, (made into clear stamps and some into sets) so you might have some luck searching there. I loved her designs and have heaps of them myself. Good luck!
