Default Help With Ink Pad Storage...

Hello, I have quite a few SU ink pads and was wondering how you all store yours. I'd rather do it a bit less expensive than buying the SU pad holders. I thought that I've read somewhere that people can use old wooden cassette tape holders? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! TIA :-D

www.kingdom.com has the cassette holders. I spray-painted mine white. I love it, but it only holds 100 stamp pads. I think I'm going to need a second...

I found some old 8 track spinning holders at the thrift store for $2 each and put pieces of chipboard in between and have a lovely faux wood spinning tray for my SU pads. Works like a charm!
Looks similar to this one only mine is clean... and full of ink!

I have two of the wooden cassette tape holders and I paid $1.25 for one and $2.00 for the other and got them both at thrift stores.. I did buy two for my mom at a Goodwill store for $2.00 each. Pam

I saw this thread at 9:30 pm tonight and realized I had 2 pieces of foam board hanging around...

... so I just put one of these together for myself. It's awesome!

Thanks for sharing the tutorial by Stacey King. I was so desperate for cheap ink pad storage... and now I have it!

I use a $3.00 white photo box from Micheal's. I stand the box on it's end and it holds 30 perfectly. Then if you need to take it somewhere you can just put the lid back on.
