I ordered an ATG from http://www.nhsmedia.com/ back in May. There's another post on here that I made a while back that details all the problems I've had with it. Based on what I've read on here, I really think it's one that missed the recall. Has anyone else ordered an ATG from them and had this problem? Now, I'm getting angry, because I've emailed AND called them and cannot get a response from anyone. I realize I'm "small potatoes" customer-wise for them, but seriously... it's a pretty crappy business strategy to just ignore your customers when they try to contact you!
Just wondering what other peoples' experience has been with them.
Thanks.

I have bought a gun and I buy my tape from them. The best prices in Canada, fast delivery and every time I had a question - I got an answer within 48 hours. I didn't have any problems with my merchandise though. Sorry to hear about your problems.
I've bought from them, and never had a problem. I think you should contact 3M directly about issues with the gun. I've never had a problem with either of my guns
you've waited long enough; if they have taken your money. contact the better business bureau online and fill out a form; they have to respond or it is considered an
offense against them. I have had to deal twice with bad companies and always got results. Keep your email order and number, bank transaction and other copies, that you had to scan if needed.

An issue with the functioning of an item with a known recall isn't the responsibility of the retailer, its with the manufacturer.

See, this is why I ask a million questions on here. Someone will know the answer.
I'm still not overly impressed, and think they should have returned my call or email. Especially because I did specifically ask NHS both times whether this was something I should be asking them about or whether I should contact 3M. I just think it's common courtesy/customer service.
I'll call 3M on Monday. I sure hope this doesn't have to turn into some big fight though. Being nice is so much easier. ;)
Thanks ladies.

You could just go ahead and email them. That is what I did recently and am expecting a return postage thing in the mail to send it to 3m so they can replace mine. They are very nice and quick in responding about it.
Tell them specifically your issue (mine was that after using the adhesvie for a few 12" strips the adhesvie would fall off) Include your name, telephone, and address because they will ask for it Good Luck
I phoned 3M and talked to a couple ladies who were just so kind and apologetic. There were hardly any questions asked and they said they'd ship me a new one. I don't have to ship the one I've got back or anything. So, assuming one shows up here in the next few weeks, which I'm sure it will, I'll be a happy girl.... and then maybe I'll understand the ATG love-fest.:mrgreen::mrgreen:
Thanks for the advice.
