Not sure about any specific "source" but did want to post this cute set that I recently purchased by Making Memories...cute stamps and a lot of bang for your buck. They even come with a heavy plastic envelope for only $10!
Impression Obsession has a bunch of wonderful Halloween stamps. Penny Black has great ones too. Not sure if you like cute ones or more scary/gothic ones. Stampin Up has tons of wonderful ones too.

She has both wood mounted and clear and they are super cute! You've got to check out the alphabet! The W is a bat! So cute!

Hanna Stamps has some cute Riley Halloween stamps - they aren't sets though. There's a vampire, Riley on a broom...and then some of him dressed up that could work as costumed characters (pirate, superman, etc.). I absolutely LOVE these stamps, they are the cutest!
