The new yellow packaging for GP cardstock has just arrived at the store where I purchase this product. After I got the product home I looked for some indication on the packaging that it is still acid-free. I couldn't find any information on the product itself, so I finally called the company.I was told that it is still acid-free and decided to share this information in case you might also be wondering.

If you happen to have a piece left from your last ream, would you mind comparing it to the new package? How is it for whiteness/brightness? Better or worse or about the same?

I quit buying GP cardstock years ago when I noticed that it went from a very nice bright white to a not so nice, kind of dull white in the next ream I bought. Does anyone know if they made an effort to go back to the nice bright white? I called the company about this at the time and they weren't aware that the brightness factor had changed. Seems like an important detail to me, when you are talking about paper....I'm just sayin'! :confused:
